I’m looking for a reliable, friendly admin assistant to help keep things running smoothly in the office. This is a part-time position (about 20 hours a week in the office), plus answering incoming calls when you’re available outside of office hours.
What you’ll do:
Keep our paperwork organized
Follow up with clients
Answer phone calls and take messages
Schedule appointments
Help with everyday office tasks
What I’m looking for:
Previous admin/office experience (a must)
Someone organized and dependable
Good communication skills
Comfortable talking with clients
Basic computer/scheduling skills
Someone who can work independently and stay on top of things
Phone and computer will be provided .
