In this high-visibility role, you will represent our organization to customers in contractual, performance, and change management capacities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the way in industry-leading ice protection technologies, working alongside long-standing engineering teams and recognized experts on innovative new platforms.What You Will Do:

The role necessitates an established and productive professional contributor, functioning independently and with great initiative in problem solving.

Lead a large new product development effort between experience long-standing Collins and OE engineering teams while coordinating all other parties to ensure their success.

Responsible for directing all elements across involved parties to meet schedule and cost commitments on industry leading technology.

Reports, identifies, and develops plans to correct Key Performance Indicators with emphasis on predictable performance to commitments.

Substantial support of existing Collins Management System processes and documentation as a vehicle for cross functional coordination.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and basic finance fundamentals.

Integrated Master Schedules in supporting overall project/program management.

Aerospace product experience, specifically in new product and quality requirements

Experience with Collins Standards (CORE, CMS), or Certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) for transition from Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) to Full Rate.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
