We’re a small, fast-moving construction company that takes on a wide variety of projects and maintenance work — commercial, residential, and everything in between. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Visit job sites to take measurements, photos, and notes
Prepare and review estimates for construction and maintenance projects
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Assist with project scheduling and coordination as needed
Split time between the office and field
Requirements:
Experience in construction estimating (all trades experience a plus)
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Reliable transportation (must be presentable and dependable)
Working knowledge of basic computer and mobile tools for estimates
Compensation:
Pay depends on experience
Company fuel card and vehicle maintenance program provided
