Job DescriptionObjectives of the Position- Successfully manage the day-to-day operations of Prescors shops- Implement new processes and products to drive continuous improvements (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, TOPS, TOC, and Root Cause Analysis in both a One-Off and Production Run environments)- Recommend new equipment and oversee installs and training- Drive and execute preventative maintenance plans- Support quality control protocols- Investigate inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions in current processes.- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure that Prescor delivers a quality product on time.- Ensure that shop employees follow all health and safety guidelines and policiesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in the steel industry
3+ years as a Plant or Production Manager (Experience managing people)
A competent understanding of steel forming processes and hydraulics - Experience with hot and cold forming processes null
