General Remodeling Construction Crew Member

Established and expanding Real Estate Investment company seeking applicant with maintenance, remodeling skills (painting, sheetrock, trim, floor, and cabinet installation), and knowledge of light electrical and plumbing. Must be able to work 40 hours per week and have a reliable transportation. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Applicant needs to be dependable, a hard worker, and able to pass a drug test prior to employment and randomly throughout employment. Preference for bilingual, but not a requirement. Starting hourly rate is between $16.00 and $18.00 based on qualifications and skills. Must have previous remodeling experience. This position is not for entry level.
