Night Operations Supervisor
Campfire Hotel – Bend, OR
Full-Time | Wed–Sun | 4 PM–12 AM
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 DOE
Campfire Hotel is seeking a reliable, confident, guest-focused Night Operations Supervisor to support evening operations, guest experience, property safety, and nightly close-down procedures. This position works closely with the Front Desk, Bar, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams and reports to the Campfire Management Team.
Responsibilities
Assist Front Desk with check-ins, check-outs, guest questions, and service needs
Perform quick in-room repairs (TV/Wi-Fi resets, plunging, HVAC resets, battery changes)
Conduct regular property patrols (pool, fire pits, hallways, parking lot)
Ensure only registered guests are using amenities
Address noise complaints and safety concerns professionally
Deliver towels, linens, and amenities to guest rooms
Support event setup, monitoring, and breakdown
Close the pool, fire pits, and outdoor areas at scheduled times
Empty recycling cans nightly to reduce trespassing issues
Restock Housekeeping closets and Front Desk supplies
Support Night Audit with late night guest needs
Document nightly incidents and communicate to management
Assist weekly with inventory counts and supply ordering
Qualifications
2+ years of hotel or hospitality experience
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Basic maintenance ability (simple leaks, plunging, resets, batteries)
Strong presence and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
Able to work independently during evening hours
