The Diamond Bar G Ranch in La Pine is offering a great opportunity to join its team!
The ranch is growing and looking to add an additional team member of good character, in decent physical condition, who can bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team. Must reside within 50 miles of La Pine OR. Must be able to pass a background check. This is a full time position with weekend and holiday work as needed. Uniforms provided. Travel with the family to their coastal home during the summer is required, but job is primarily in La Pine most of the year.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning tasks to maintain health standards.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Help with animal feedings (a love for animals is alwaya a plus!)
Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and improve cleaning processes.
Skills
Proven experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in cleaning environments.
Commitment to confidentiality, as you will be working in the owners' homes
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus.
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality results in a team environment
