High-Performance Hustler and Salesperson
We're looking for confident individuals unafraid to engage in door-to-door sales to earn income. We want dedicated, positive, and fun individuals.
Position: Part-time
Hours: 3 hours per day x three days a week
Pay: Hourly rate plus commission - averages $50 plus an hour
Base Hourly Pay: Guaranteed $20 an hour
Performance Goal: 5 leads per week
Minimum Duration: 1 month
Potential Extension: Through the Christmas season, if proven to be a great fit
Responsibilities:
- Continuously refining your sales pitch
- Working at a fast pace and knocking on a high volume of doors
- Being a self-starter and highly motivated
Expectations:
- Good attendance record
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Generating at least five leads per week
Qualifications:
- Previous door-to-door sales experience is a plus
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Enjoy being outdoors – this is an outdoor position, regardless of the weather
- Desire to work outside of an office environment
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Driven to succeed in a marketing/sales environment
