Technical Client Implementation Specialist

Come join one of the fastest growing software companies in the region. We are in need of a part time to full time Technical Client Implementation Specialist.

The Technical Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading clients through the onboarding and implementation of Motivate’s software solutions. This role coordinates cross-functional internal resources, manages client expectations, and ensures successful technical deployment within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and thrives in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Project Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from post-sales handoff through full implementation.

- Coordinate and track all project deliverables; ensure clients provide required inputs and documentation on schedule.

- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed implementation timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

- Lead client kickoff meetings and recurring status calls to review progress, next steps, and risks.

- Provide clear, proactive communication to all client stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, expectations, and success criteria.

- Deliver regular project updates to Motivate executive stakeholders, including timelines, risks, and early results.

Data & Systems Coordination

- Collect, validate, and manage all client data required for implementation.

- Organize and prepare client data for production use, ensuring completeness and quality.

- Collaborate with client and internal technical teams to gather requirements and confirm implementation needs.

- Establish and test API and related system integrations to ensure smooth and secure data exchange.

Implementation Execution

- Coordinate internal resources across product, engineering, and support to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.

- Validate full solution functionality through end-to-end testing to ensure alignment with client goals and technical requirements.

- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard of quality, optimizing for the fastest deployment cycle possible.

Customer Success Alignment

- Maintain strong, ongoing communication to ensure clients are confident, informed, and supported throughout the implementation process.

- Track implementation outcomes, review early performance results with clients, and ensure solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience in SaaS implementations, customer success, or technical project management preferred

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Experience with APIs, data preparation, and system integrations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
