Accurately input and update information in the database and various software systems.
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Generate reports and summaries from data as required by management and team members.
Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide assistance to staff as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role with a data management focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable with various database systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
