Oil Re-Refining Company, Inc. (ORRCO) is looking for plant operators to
join our growing company ORRCO's Plant operator is responsible for
daily oil and wastewater processing operations. Observes and records
tank gages, completes tank transfers and other associated paperwork
while assisting other team members and daily incoming customers. Ensures
plant processes are running safely and in accordance with standard
operating procedures. Responsibilities: ' Ensure health and safety is
the number one priority by complying with all safety practices,
policies, and processes ' Perform daily Pre and Post work perimeter
walks of plant for safety and cleanliness ' Ensure all proper logs and
paperwork are accurately completed for incoming and outgoing material '
Ensure the steam line is always active and functioning for emergency use
' Clean and maintain Metal and Mesh filtering system ' Customer
services, unloading, and loading of Tankers or Barrels ' Perform lab
investigative analysis, sampling, testing and accurate labeling of
materials ' Ensure production logs are completed accurately and on time
' Data entry into company system of receiving, transferring and
shipping tickets ' Dispose of used work materials and refill spill pads
and cleaning material stations ' Maintain process pathways: Oil,
coolant, water, A/F and burners ' Obtain product samples to verify
product and quality ' Complete housekeeping task in refinery ' Able to
work independently without direct supervision ' Participate in meetings
and training sessions regarding production, operations and
environmental, health and safety Qualifications ' High School Diploma
or Equivalent ' Minimum of 2 Year of Production, Manufacturing or
Industrial experience ' Minimum of 1 year of Forklift Experience '
Previous labor experience ' Possess a valid and current Driver's
License ' Oil Refinery work experience a plus Skills ' Basic Computer
Skills ' Mechanical and aptitude skills ' Ability to work
independently without direct supervision ' Ability to lift, pull and
push a minimum of 50 lbs. ' A valid and current Driver's License '
Basic computer skills ' Must be able and willing to work outdoors in
