Overview:
The Grounds & Facilities Technician helps keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role focuses on daily litter pickup, organizing garbage and recycling areas, and cleaning common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily litter pickup across property grounds and parking areas.
Clean and organize garbage and recycling enclosures; monitor for overflow or contamination.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as walkways, entryways, hallways, and shared rooms.
Report maintenance or safety issues (lighting, damage, hazards).
Assist with basic property upkeep tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in groundskeeping, custodial, or maintenance work preferred.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between our 4 properties.
Could be full or part-time.

Maintenance Supervisor.
