Performs basic food preparation and plating tasks, cutting meat and seafood, cooking sauces, chopping ingredients, cleaning and assisting the chef. Must be a team player & organized in the kitchen. At least one year of cooking experience (breakfast skills preferred). The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time. Other duties as required. Minimum of 20 hours a week.
