Essential Skills
Experience in sandblasting or a related field.
Familiarity with construction drawings and basic engineering terminology.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to interpret contract language and work independently.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to climb 10-15ft ladders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with heavy labor, blueprints, overhead cranes, industrial environments, paint preparation, sanding, and general labor.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

We also hold an AISC Sophisticated Paint, Indoor endorsement QP3 (SPE) for surface treatments and paint applications. The swing shift operates Monday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am, with a day shift training schedule for 1-2 weeks from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, Oregon.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.50 - $26.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
