Scheduler- Medical Device

Eurofins Medical Device Services is looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This individual will:Execute efficient schedules on a regular basis to maximize efficiency of resources and equipment.Collaborate with staff to identify scheduling requirementsProactively monitors production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedules and provide staff recommendations.Make recommendations to modify production dates based on materials and capacity fluctuations.Lead and execute the expansion of the scheduling service to new teams and sitesRecognize and analyze problems with scheduling system to solve ongoing and repeat issuesCapture, store, and report on historical statisticsGenerate daily or weekly production reports to leaders for critical decision-making purposes.Maintain communication of information between the users and management concerning system development and maintenance needs, objectives, and strategies.Champion and implement process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with new processes across service lines.Performs other related duties as required and directed
