Essity is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to contribute to the optimization of e-commerce marketing campaigns. The Performance Marketing Specialist supports the activation, evaluation of multi-channel, multi-markets and/or multi-brand digital marketing campaigns to improve the category performance.The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid role.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytical tools and methods to monitor and report on campaign performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

Campaign Objective Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

Tactical E-commerce Paid Media: Manage both onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts. Optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Holistic Management: Take a top-down approach, analyzing data at the brand, category, product family, and SKU levels. Ensure consistency and alignment across all levels of the product hierarchy.

Actionable Insights: Support and drive actions related to: conversion rate optimization, merchandising decisions, pricing strategies, portfolio and assortment management.

Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with brand managers, providing feedback and actionable recommendations. Continuously improve campaign performance based on insights.Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is a preferred.About Our DEI Culture
