Restaurant Shift Manager

Looking for an experienced and energetic Shift Manager with strong people skills who will fit in and lead a great staff at a great neighborhood restaurant (20years). Manager needs to be present and on the floor during the busy times and must also be capable in the following duties: Pos knowledge, helping out when needed at all stations in the restaurant, cutting staff where appropriate for the volume of business, ensuring all side work and closing duties are completed properly.
