Position Details:
Full-time, on-site
Day shift
Overtime eligible
Contract-to-hire
Clean and organized workspace
Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
Follow step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and procedures
Check parts for quality during and after assembly
Maintain a safe, organized workstation
Work with the team to meet daily production targets
Participate in training and skill development
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in assembly, mechanical work, or production
Comfortable using impact drivers, drills, hand tools
Attention to detail and quality mindset
Able to stand for most of the shift
Can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and teamwork
Willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Able to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
