AECOM has an opening for a Geologist II in our Reno, Pennsylvania office to work on a variety of projects including data collection and management, site investigations and remediation.The successful candidate will assist with gathering and analyzing geological, hydrogeological and geochemical data in both the field and office settings. The field activities may include soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air, non-aqueous phase liquid, and soil vapor sample collection, geological logging and interpretation, and subcontractor oversight, including laboratories and excavation and drilling companies. The office activities may include investigation report preparation, health and safety planning, subcontractor scope of work and bid package preparation, and oral and visual presentations to project stakeholders.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Commitment to AECOM and client health and safety expectations, procedures and culture.Adherence to the highest standards for the geological profession.Work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team comprised of AECOM professionals and subcontractors.
