Property Manager looking for painter/helper for residential renovations in Scranton and vicinity. Work would include preparation of apartments after tenant moves out, clean-outs, painting, general help with repairs and renovation projects as well as showing of apartments to potential tenants.
Prior experience preferred with knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall, spackling, flooring, painting, general home repairs, landscaping, lawn mowing or snow removal might be needed as well. Basic plumbing/electrical is a plus (replacing toilet, faucet, light switch, light, etc.)
Must have ability to work independently and with a team.
Reliable Transportation and basic tools required
Pay based on experience.
8 hr days / 5 days per week
