Champions Safety in Every Aspect of the PositionActively participates in Daily Standard Work (Daily Safety Talks (Risk of the Shift), Daily Review of Production / Equipment Performance, Maintenance Daily Briefing, Etc.)Ensure a high level of awareness for Pixelle’s Safety PolicyEnsure Environmental Systems Process Awareness and ComplianceUnderstands and follows Company PoliciesBrainstorm and drive continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with operational teams to reduce downtimeIdentifies SOP Opportunities – Partners with Operations and Maintenance Team Members to create and follow a continuous improvement approach to Standard WorkIdentifies and recommends new technologies aimed at enhancing reliability strategiesDevelops criticalities for new equipment to maintain the Asset Criticality MatrixFacilitate development of maintenance strategies for equipmentDefine scope and develop Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for modification work as assignedChampions Spring Grove Mill RCFA process by leading investigations and ensuring action items are implemented in a timely mannerSupports Continuous Process Improvement of precision maintenance, predictive / preventative maintenance, and Operator Basic CarePM Optimization – Routinely review PMs and work orders with follow-up work from PMs to determine if scope and/or frequency should be adjusted Assists Operations in Development of Critical Spares ListProject Management as AssignedCompletes Special Assignments as Directed
