Cell Line Development Scientist - Genetic Characterization

Support the genetic characterization of cell lines expressing therapeutic proteins.Responsible for molecular biology activities that demonstrate genetic and epigenetic foundations of cellular phenotypes, such as nucleic acid extractions, ddPCR, RT-PCR, PCR, Next Generation Sequencing library preparation, Northern blotting, Southern blotting, and molecular cloning. Additional responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, participation in project teams and maintaining detailed records.The work is highly collaborative; requiring excellent communication skills and a desire to be part of a team.
