What you’ll do…Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.
