Revenue Trainee

What you’ll do…Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.Monitoring pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR – yes, you’ll get familiar with all those acronyms.Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.Getting involved in forecast and budget processes – and understanding the “why” behind the numbers.Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.
