Executive Sous Chef

Executive Sous Chef position available in a nationally acclaimed white linen restaurant. Applicants must be detailed oriented, well accomplished and creative. Please have a pedigree in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Share the spotlight and showcase your genius and help orchestrate our award-winning kitchen. We'll give you the resources to put your cuisine in the spotlight. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, driven to succeed, passionate about food, well versed in menu development, team-building and working between front and back of the house. Salary is $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
