We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for home design. You will represent our cabinet and countertop products, working directly with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders to generate sales and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell kitchen cabinets, countertops, and related products to residential and commercial clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand client design preferences, space requirements, and budgets.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and design recommendations.
Work with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and job completion.
Maintain detailed records of prospects, quotes, and sales activity.
Adhere to the company’s policies while operating independently under a contractor agreement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in kitchen cabinet, countertop, or home improvement sales.
Strong understanding of cabinetry design, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits.
Basic computer skills for quoting, email communication, and CRM use.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are based on a percentage of gross sales, with unlimited income potential for top performers.
