We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to high-quality service. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a team of sales associates, promoting collaboration and open communication. Create a positive work atmosphere that encourages team members to excel and feel valued.

Sales Driven: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store sales goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills among team members.

Merchandising and Store Presentation: Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to create an inviting shopping experience that highlights our products effectively.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is well-organized and replenished as needed to meet customer demand.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

The essential functions of this role include:
