We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator for our auto auction operations. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can support daily administrative tasks, assist with auction-day activities, and help maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Supporting auction day-functions such as registration, check-in and documentation
Maintaining accurate records, titles, and vehicle files
Coordinating with dealers, buyers, and sellers
Basic computer skills to include social media
Providing excellent customer service to all clients and team members
Strong organizational and multitasking skills / Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication / Reliable, professional, and team oriented
Previous experience in automotive, auction, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
