Description We are searching for a dependable and personable individual to join our team as a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative. Job Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Making sure to provide customer service that is in alignment with the company's values and mission.

Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Building sustainable relationships with the customers through open and interactive communication.

Meeting personal and customer service team targets.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Following guidelines for all customer service situations.

Reporting issues of concern to supervisor or relevant department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Must be available to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer behavior.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
