DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Senior Training Analyst for our JBC-P USMC/ WID- MATT project in Hanahan, SC location. This role is 100% on site and requires 10% travel.The Training Analyst develops, directs, plans and evaluates training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.Assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments. Where instructing within a certified educational institution, responsible for determining the organization, communication and delivery of the course content and materials, and for developing learning activities and demonstrations.They will collaborate with customers or internal functional organization to develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content. May create course content, training materials, visual aids and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT). May develop exam materials and may be responsible for testing and qualitative evaluation of participant's attainment of learning objectives. Monitors and evaluates training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed.Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be able to work individually or with others to review documentation (technical manuals, instructions, etc.) materials to create curriculum (lesson plans, Power Point presentations, and student handouts) specifically for the Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) and Wired In The Defense Marine Analog Tactical Telephone (WID MATT) systems.
Experience in reviewing and/or updating of curriculum for all current Training Support Packages (TSP).
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS to deliver New Equipment and/or Refresher Training to the United States Marine Corps as well as other Project Stakeholders.
Must have experience with the Legacy Blue Force Tracker system and JBC-P or Mounted Mission Command (MMC) software.
Must possess attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate direction to a small to large group.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software with a heavy focus on PowerPoint. Teams is also used in sharing of information. Outlook is the software used for email.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. Active clearance preferred.
Training Certification required. Must either posses at start date or commit to working towards certification. Certification may require travel. DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
