Health & Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team in the beautiful resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees, guests, and contractors.Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all areas of operation.Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.Manage emergency response planning and coordinate drills.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives through data analysis and reporting.Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operations.Stay updated on Egyptian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.Provide expert guidance to management on health and safety matters.Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
