AECOM is seeking a Traffic Monitoring Trainer to be based in Columbia, South Carolina.The routine responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Technical development of initial and recurrent training programs related to Control Room OperationsDesign and implementation of a formal, multi-level position certification program to include updating as new materials require inclusionAdministrative management of staff training filesPreparation and delivery of reports on training status and resultsDesign and implementation of an operations employee performance auditing programImplementation of an employee award and recognition program based on the successful completion of initial and recurrent training programsTraining facilitation to include materials development, curriculum design, and deliveryPerform operator quality control audits - may support in the futurePerform reviews and updates of SOP materials - may support in the futureAssist in major event response planning and real-time management, including incident response plans for major public events, severe weather anomalies, and evacuations - may support in the future
