The team is focused on driving industry leading membership growth, retention, and health outcomes by identifying new consumer insights, developing growth strategies, and activating them across the enterprise to serve the unique needs of prioritized segments. These include established segments such as Dual Eligibles, Veterans, Multi-Cultural populations, and newly identified segments.Job DescriptionHumana is seeking a Product Strategy Lead with meaningful strategy and product development experience to lead customer segment growth strategies. Leveraging consumer insights and data, you'll support the creation and delivery of multiple high impact strategic initiatives with Humana products and services to optimize membership growth, experience, and outcomes. You'll work with cross-functional partners across product, marketing, sales, member experience and clinical to drive the evolution of data driven insights and our segment value proposition. Throughout the annual business cycle, you will champion the needs of your customer segment and convey new strategies and progress to senior leaders across the enterprise. Tactically, you will partner with the Director of Strategy Advancement to set segment specific OKRs and then drive progress with a cross-functional team.Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading development on a customer segment strategy spanning product, marketing, sales, experience and clinical

Setting measurable OKRs for the customer segment team and supporting cross-functional partners

Shaping high quality analyses and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations

Developing a hypothesis to be validated or refined through targeted research and analysis; overseeing industry, competitor, and financial analyses to support segment strategies

Conducting interviews, working sessions, and report-outs with leaders across the company and preparing executive presentations

Managing a portfolio of strategy projects and pilots designed to improve consumer health outcomes

Working collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of product experience in strategy and implementation

Experience in data analytics; possess a strong data-driven approach and think creatively to best distinguish and grow membership

Experience driving initiatives to identify key audience growth opportunities

Ability to build and share presentations that communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders

Strong project management skills to meet with cross-channel partners and advise on opportunities

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other relevant Master's level degree

Management consulting background

Experience with Medicare Advantage​

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
