Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionAnswer inbound calls for a solar client, averaging around 10 calls per hour. Respond diligently to customer inquiry emails. Perform administrative duties between calls to service loans. Address borrower questions about their consumer loan accounts, including options to supplement their loans or general payment inquiries.
