Assist the housekeeping management staff with the departments daily operational duties. Your responsibilities encompass a range of duties, all executed with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service:As Housekeeping Office Clerk, you will:Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping DepartmentPlace outbound Courtesy Calls and answer phonesMaintain the filing and copying of documentsType routine e-mails, faxes, reportsReceive sales complaint log and track guest complaintsLook up unit status, work orders, and reservations using resort’s softwareFollow up with guest to ensure all issues have been solvedMaintain a record of units cleaned/inspected per inspectorMaintain a log of complaints pertaining to HousekeepingMaintain communication with Front Desk to receive information regarding: Telemarketing ArrivalsAssist Guests and Team Members by responding to day-to-day requestsOther duties may be assignedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
