daytime/night time line cooks/sous chef

looking for one part time daytime line cook for fry/ht station. need two-line cooks for night shift pay every week, must have 2yrs line experience. Looking for an experienced sous chef with at least two years of experience. resumes excepted. must have reliable transportation. located in downtown Nashville. we are very health department conscious so must be able to work clean and organized. very structured restaurant must be willing to follow guidelines.
