Position Overview:
We are seeking a whole new team: experienced chefs, prep/line cooks, delivery drivers, FOH managers for a growing catering company.
Responsibilities:
Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and labeling
Follow recipes and directions from the chef or kitchen manager
Keep the kitchen clean and organized with proper storage and dating
Maintain food safety and sanitation at all times
Work with the team to meet service times
Knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
