Job Overview
1Care Concept Solutions, a non-medical home care agency, is seeking experienced part-time/PRN (as needed) Personal Care Assistants (In-Home Caregivers) to provide compassionate, reliable care to seniors, veterans, and adults in their homes across Wilson, Smith, Davidson, and surrounding Middle Tennessee counties.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting as applicable)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
Medication reminders (no administration)
Provide safe transportation for errands or appointments (if applicable)
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow agency policies and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
Previous caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience preferred
Must pass a background check
At least 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication skills
Ability to assist with mobility, lifting, and transfers if needed
Drug test may be required
Pay
$14–$19 per hour, depending on experience and client needs.
