Job Title: Route Driver - Clothing & Shoe Recycling Bins
Location: Nashville & Middle Tennessee Area
Compensation: $170 per route + Performance Bonuses
Full-Time, 5 Days a Week
We’re seeking a motivated, reliable individual to manage routes for our clothing and shoe recycling bins in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting 50-75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage assigned recycling routes.
Ensure bins are serviced on time and in a safe manner.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service as you interact with clients.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years old.
Minimum of 6 months experience driving box trucks (CDL not required).
Clean driving record that meets company standards.
Previous experience in warehouse, waste services, moving, or vending preferred.
Knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area is a plus.
