Shuttle Driver & Tour Assistant (Light Rigid Licence Required)

Shuttle Driver Duties:Safely transport guests between Cooinda Lodge and Yellow Water Cruises, 3 trips per dayConduct pre-trip safety checks and basic maintenance on vehiclesAssist guests with boarding, luggage, and special requirementsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and presentationFollow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) proceduresTour Assistant Duties:Support daily tour operations, including preparing boats, vehicles, and equipmentWelcome and assist guests during boarding and transfersMaintain clean, safe, and presentable vessels, vehicles, and visitor areasAssist with guest manifests, logistics, and tour documentationParticipate in cultural and tourism training to build guiding skillsWork alongside Indigenous cultural ambassadors to support cultural engagementPromote park experiences and lodge activities to guests
