D&M Insurance Agency is growing and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Agent/Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Austin!

What You'll Do:
This role is a mix of customer service and sales consultation. We train you to be successful!
Serve and assist clients fluently in both English and Spanish.
Consult with clients to find the right insurance plans for their needs (auto, home, business, etc.).
Build real, lasting relationships with clients and help make insurance simple.
Process payments, handle service requests, and follow up on quotes.
