Fully Remote - Work From Home - Call Center Positions - We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our virtual call center team. As an independent contractor, you will provide customer service support for well-known clients all from the comfort of your home. We offer you the flexibility to make your own schedule within the clients operation hours after training. We currently have 2 contracted companies hiring with positions being updated and added daily. Multiple positions within Banking and Roadside Assistance. This role is ideal for self-starters who want the flexibility of choosing their own schedule while delivering excellent customer service. No experience required, training is provided. Windows 11 and a wired internet connection are required. (Ethernet cable from computer to router.)

Our Banking positions currently have a $500 bonus after completion of paid training (6wks) and 20 servicing hours.

Overnight shifts available from 12am-5am.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Handle email/chat conversations with customers

Assist customers with inquiries, account questions, billing, and troubleshooting

Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues quickly and accurately

Follow client program guidelines and performance standards

Maintain accurate records of interactions and update information as needed

Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Access to a quiet, distraction-free home office space

Desktop or Laptop with Windows (No Mac or Chromebook)

Dual Monitors

Reliable high-speed, hard wired internet

USB headset

Ability to pass skills assessment

Ability to pass 7 year background check

Ability to complete a drug screening

Ability to complete client certification training

Compensation:

Independent contractor position (1099)

Pay varies by client (typically $12–$22 per hour)

Incentives and bonuses based on performance metrics being met

Note: This is a 1099 contracted position meaning you will be considered self employed, able to make your own schedule and responsible for your own taxes. As a self employed agent you will need to cover either background and/or drug screening costs. This varies between clients we have. Currently, our banking position is offering no charge for the background check and drug screening. Our Roadside Assistance positions are in Daily Assistance and Accident Assistance. These positions only require a background check with a fee of $30. Background check are good for up to 3 years with our clients. You are able to service more than one client after completion of training with your first client. All of our positions require a $50 class deposit returned on the first day of training to ensure we have a full class with no empty seats. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have.
