Job Title: Materials Handler / Inventory SpecialistJob DescriptionThis position involves the accurate and safe distribution of materials within and outside the facility in a timely and efficient manner. The role entails stocking, managing inventory, and handling of all manufacturing materials. This role requires precise counting and kitting of materials and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, cycle counts, and a clean warehouse. Other responsibilities may include shipping, receiving, packaging, and possibly driving a company truck or forklift. Regular attendance is a crucial requirement for this position.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Austin, Texas.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a well-lit, clean, air-conditioned warehouse, which may involve partially outdoor work. The work shifts available are 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:30 or 3:30pm-11pm or midnight). Physical demands include exerting up to 45 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly. The role involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping, and prolonged standing and bending intermittently during work hours.
