Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant in Austin, Texas. The role involves maintaining meticulous customer credit records, processing credit applications, and handling customer credit inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The successful applicant will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to recover overdue payments. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a keen understanding of accounting functions and auditing processes.Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, screening and directing phone calls and emails with professionalism and discretion.

Documentation and Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proo documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials for executive meetings. Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.

Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Assist with office logistics and ensure a tidy and functional workspace.

Information Management: Manage and organize executive files, records, and databases in a confidential manner.

Project Support: Assist with special projects as assigned by executives, which may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
