Mangieri’s Italian is looking for an experienced, upbeat, and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team! We’re a family-owned, locally operated restaurant, with 19 years of history and two locations- South Austin and Lakeway. Our regular guests feel like family, and we take pride in creating a warm, positive atmosphere for both our team and our community.

We’re seeking a self-motivated leader with a positive outlook and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate:
Thrives in a team environment and leads by example
Has a true customer-first mindset
Brings strong attention to detail and accountability
Has strong systems management skills and is successful at implementing and maintaining operating protocols
Excels at staff development, training, and motivation
Brings creative ideas and enthusiasm to help grow the business
Must be willing to work at both locations (South Austin and Lakeway).
Full schedule availability is required. Previous experience in a lead or assistant manager role is preferred. Bartending experience and familiarity with pick-up and third-party delivery systems are a plus!
