Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support, manage mobile devices, handle security alerts, and maintain end-user documentation. This role is at the heart of our IT team, providing vital support and proactive problem-solving to ensure high-quality support for our users.Responsibilities: Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, providing first-level support and escalating issues as necessary. Track and document the progress of tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Create and maintain comprehensive end-user support documentation, providing training and assistance to users on various IT systems and applications. Deploy and manage mobile devices, ensuring they are configured correctly and securely. Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues, including connectivity, application performance, and security concerns. Monitor and respond to first-level security alerts, escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams. Implement basic security measures and provide guidance to users on best practices. Assist with the setup, configuration, and support of Office 365 applications. Provide user support for Office 365-related issues, including email, OneDrive, and Teams. Perform user account management tasks, including account creation, deletion, and permission changes in Active Directory. Support password resets and account unlocks for users. Requirements Must have proficiency in Microsoft suite of products Familiarity with Active Directory is required Experience with Computer Hardware is necessary Understanding of Configuration Management is a must Deskside Support experience is preferred Knowledge of Desktop Hardware is needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Customer service orientation and patience in handling tough cases Proven experience in a help desk or other customer support role Tech savvy with the ability to learn about new tools and software quickly Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
