Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of process documentation and workflow analysis in the Shared Services industry. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities: Identify and understand the business process needs of the organization Document and analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement Use tools such as MS Visio to create effective workflows Work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to streamline their processes Address any issues related to billing and suggest improvements Implement process improvement strategies to enhance business operations Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure they are effective and efficient Stay updated on the latest process improvement techniques and tools. Requirements Proficiency in using MS Visio for creating and managing workflows. Strong skills in documentation and process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in processes. Prior experience in shared services environment, preferably within Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Understanding of billing systems and procedures. Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies. Hands-on experience in implementing process improvement initiatives. Ability to conduct workflow analysis to identify areas of improvement. Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and devise solutions.
