Arrow precast is seeking an experienced bilingual Construction Crew Leader specializing in concrete construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:
Managing a precast concrete construction crew
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Plan and coordinate daily work activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Manage resource allocation and material procurement
Report project progress to senior management
Requirements:
Extensive experience in commercial concrete construction
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
Minimum one year of experience leading your own concrete construction crew
Willingness to travel (90% of the time)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
