Pay: $75k to $90k w/ PTO & Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project field operations on assigned projects
- Coordinate with city officials for permits and inspections
- Enforce jobsite housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maximize cost and schedule efficiency
- Develop and maintain quality assurance checklists and logs
- Manage material deliveries, storage, and quality verification
- Review workmanship for conformance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain daily reports and assist with weekly executive summaries
- Create and manage detailed project schedules
- Coordinate project punch lists and ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a field supervision role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction operations and safety compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to work efficiently on a laptop
- English fluency required
- Safety and training certifications are a plus (OSHA, First Aid/CPR, etc.)
