Job Description

We are hiring Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing team in El Paso, TX. As an Assembler, you will

play a key role in supporting production operations by performing hands-on assembly, quality checks, and

ensuring products meet company standards.

Shifts & Openings

1st shift: 6am to 2 pm, (FT) Mo-Fr

2nd Shift: 2pm to 10pm, (FT) Mo-Fr

3rd Shift: 10pm to 6am, (FT) Mo-Fr

4th Shift: 6am to 6 pm Sat-Sun

Pay Range: 12.00-15.50

Responsibilities

Perform assembly tasks according to work instructions and safety guidelines

Inspect and verify product quality during and after assembly

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Follow all company safety and compliance policies

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent work experience

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime if needed

Job Title: Quality Control

Shift: 2nd - M-F 2pm-10pm

Salary: $17/hrs

The Quality Technician will be responsible for the inspection and testing of manufacturing processes and products to ensure the product quality. The process quality technician will work with a variety of inspection and test equipment and methods, processes, and products, ensuring proper procedures are being followed and documented to maintain product quality and record traceability. The process quality technician will also assist to ensure nonconforming product is appropriately identified, contained, and removed from the production flow until such product can be dispositioned through a non-conformance process.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical discipline is required .

Minimum 3–5 years of lead, technician or inspector engineering experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Job Title: Material Handler

Shift: 3rd 12:00 am to 8:00 am Mo-Fr & 4th Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 am (Monday-Tuesday) 6:00am to 6:30pm (Saturday-Sunday) 4th Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 am (Monday-Tues

Salary: $16/hrs

The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts preferred but not required, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records. The majority of the day stays standing and opening boxes.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training. Obtains and/or maintains appropriate licenses / training / certifications, as needed.

Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).

Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations. Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. General computer skills.
